In 2020 there were 39 new Principals appointed to Catholic Secondary Schools around Australia.

CaSPA congratulates all new Principals and wishes them well in their new roles.

Name: Tina Neate

Current School: Kildare College, Holden Hill, S.A.

Previous Position & School: Deputy Principal, Kildare College and Junior High Principal - Riverside International School, Czech Republic.

Year of Birth: 1968

The hope for my current school is: To continue to inspire and develop independent, resilient young women.

The Joy of Principalship is: Being able to create and develop new ways of learning for all.

A Book I would recommend: 'Dare to Lead' by Brene Brown.

Fun Fact about me: Spent 5 incredible years teaching and learning in Europe - Prague, Czech Republic.

My valued Well-Being Strategy: Spending time with family and friends away from the computer.

Advice for a Beginning Principal: Finding a mentor that listens and helps discern what is possible.
